Abstract
The direct torque control (DTC) speed control scheme of an induction motor surpasses the vector control in the sense that itcontrols the torque directly and does not use transformations and present modulator. In the common direct torque control (DTC) of induction motor, the low order harmonic factor of stator current is very large when the motor is runningat low speed. It results in high torque ripple of motor in low velocity. To clear up this challenge, a brand new control approach has beenproposed in this paper. To give a boost to the torque response and reduce the torque ripple, fuzzy logic concept has been introducedinto the flux model. The simulation outcome depict that the proposed process now not only improve the velocity of torque response, however the main issue of torque ripple can be comfortably solved. In the entire speed range, the efficiency of dynamic and static isbetter than that of the conventional DTC.
