In the world of information and technology, we have been given a constant access to simplify our lives, but at the same time we are always in a constant state of the threat and vulnerability which get exposed by the day, and algorithms are being invented as a leverage for the same. Of all the applications that IT has provided to make lives easier, only a very few like digitization, IoT and internet security stand out. The very need of this age is to simplify long, manual transactions. Transactions have forever been carried out using paper, which involves a lot of dedicated maintenance, and is never everlasting, and the sensible alternative would be to go for paperless or digital transactions. Paperless transactions have been in existence only for the last couple of decades and but has shown a drastic performance outgrowth. As much as they prove to simplify our day to day processes, it has a susceptible inclination towards the deleterious side. These paperless transactions are implemented in a digital document also called e-documents. These documents are usually transferred or in other words, forwarded within co-users for parallel productivity purposes. With improper document forwarding, accessibility issues and critical errors begin to arise, especially when multiple users are connected to the same document with equal clearance. The safest way to implement document forwarding would be limiting the number of accesses given to a user in a shared network, thus e- Secured Document Forwarding.
