Abstract
The usage and replacement of conventional materials with polymer composite materials for engineering applications is always questioned by the end user, unless otherwise the research oriented reliable supporting certification is made available. Fiber reinforced polymer composites are being used replacement material in various applications like marine boats aerospace, military and renewable energy generation. The reinforcement materials are highly hygroscopic nature and exposed to environment, water molecules travels along the reinforcement and affects the performance of the materials. In the present work an attempt has been made in establishing the investigation procedure to assess influence of filler material (polyurethane foam) on GFRP laminates with combined effect of moisture absorption and temperature. And to estimate life cycle time of polymer
