Abstract
This Paper an attempt has been made towards the design and development of Digital Library for Engineering Educational Institutions some of the major online publishers and their products and services are outlined, which will form a basis for the design and development of digital library for Engineering. A case study of Engineering Libraries in and around Chennai has been carried out to Design the Digital Library for Engineering discipline.
