        abstract = {Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) is a fast growing technology believed to be the future replacement for traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) networks .VOIP offers many benefits over PSTN, but when it comes to service it has many issues on reliability and security. One of the major issues is to identifying the communicating parties on the Internet in a secure and reliable manner. The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is used to creating, modifying, and terminating sessions between the participants.
