Now a days modern technology called information and communication technology (ICT) is playing a vital role in decision, policy design, ultimate and implementation service. In conjunction with the utilization of digital technologies the idea of the smart city is used, it at the same time depicts a reaction to the social, economic and political challenges that post-industrial societies.
