  • Hindi cinema has witnessed a significant transformation in the portrayal of negative characters, reflecting broader societal changes and evolving cinematic narratives. This study examined the evolution of antagonists in Bollywood films, from the classic black and white villains of early cinema to the complex, morally ambiguous anti-heroes of contemporary films. The researcher did descriptive research with content analysis as a research method.
