The Relationship Between Internet Use and Mindful Attention in College Students

  • In today's world have become an essential part of daily life. especially for college students. while they make communications and learning easier, their constant use may affect how well people stay focusesd and aeare in the present moment. This study explored how internet use related to mindful Attention in college students. Thisty students between 18 and 25 years old took part in online survey include two tools internet addiction scale to measure and The Mindfull attention awareness scale to assess mindfulness. The the result showed a clear negative link between the two students who used their internet more often tended to be Liss mindful future analysis confirmed that high internet uses had noticeably lower mindfulness scores compared to those who used their internet less. These findings supports that spending too much time on internet may reduce present moment.
