  • Abstract:
  • Digital inclusion providing equal access to digital technologies and the skills needed to use them is crucial in today’s world. Despite increasing global connectivity, a significant technology gap remains between urban and rural areas, leading to inequalities in education, employment, healthcare, and economic opportunities. This survey examines the causes and effects of the digital divide and explores strategies to bridge it, focusing on infrastructure, affordability, digital literacy, community involvement, and policy development.
