  • This study aims to examine the public perception of e-government services in the Greater Mumbai region (M.S.), India. With the increasing adoption of digital platforms by governments worldwide, it is critical to understand how citizens perceive the effectiveness, accessibility, and trustworthiness of these services. This research focuses on factors influencing citizen engagement with e-government services, identifies barriers to adoption, and explores the overall satisfaction of users with digital public services. The findings will provide insights into improving the delivery of e-government services in Mumbai and contribute to the discourse on digital governance in urban India. For this study the researcher has collected the primary data through google form from Greater Mumbai region (M.S.), India.
