abstract = {The integrity of democratic voting systems is increasingly threatened by security vulnerabilities, lack of transparency, and trust deficits, making electoral processes susceptible to manipulation. To address these challenges, a blockchain-powered voting framework based on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) is proposed, utilizing the Proof-of-Staked-Authority (PoSA) consensus protocol to ensure security, transparency, and decentralization. To enhance voter authentication, the system integrates ResNet-101–based facial recognition along with fingerprint recognition for robust biometric verification, ensuring voter legitimacy and preventing identity fraud. Additional security layers such as one-time password (OTP) authentication and live location tracking further protect against unauthorized access and proxy voting. By combining blockchain technology, multi-modal biometric authentication, and AI-driven verification, the proposed system delivers a secure, tamper-proof, and trustworthy digital voting solution for democratic governance},
