        abstract = {Academic libraries have evolved from conventional knowledge repositories to intelligent learning environments due to the quick development of digital technologies. The next phase of this change is represented by smart spaces, which are made possible by the combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT offers networked devices that can gather data in real time, and AI evaluates this data to improve decision-making, automate procedures, and personalize services. The idea of smart academic library spaces, the integration of IoT and AI technologies, their uses, advantages, difficulties, and prospects for the future are all covered in this paper. Additionally, it looks at moral issues like algorithmic transparency, cyber security, and data privacy.
