  • This study investigates the role of cross-cultural competence in effective global workforce management, focusing on how it influences communication, leadership, team collaboration, and overall workforce efficiency in multinational organizations. A sample of 170 employees and managers from diverse cultural backgrounds was analyzed using a structured questionnaire and hypothesis testing through a Chi-Square test. The results reveal a significant positive relationship between cross-cultural competence and workforce management effectiveness, with higher competence levels leading to improved communication, adaptability in leadership styles, and enhanced team collaboration. "These findings emphasize the importance of cultural competence training in global organizations for promoting cohesive and productive teams in multicultural settings.''
