        abstract = {A simple, precise, and accurate reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection (RP-HPLC-PDA) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous estimation of Linagliptin and Metformin in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The chromatographic separation was achieved using an X-Bridge C18 column (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 µm) at a temperature of 35°C. The mobile phase consisted of Acetone and Methanol in a ratio of 65:35 (v/v), delivered at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Detection was carried out at a wavelength of 220 nm, with an injection volume of 10 µL and a run time of 7 minutes. The method resulted in clear resolution and well-defined peaks for both drugs with acceptable retention times. Validation of the method was performed in accordance with ICH guidelines, and the results demonstrated excellent linearity, accuracy, precision, specificity, and robustness. The developed method is suitable for routine quality control analysis of Linagliptin and Metformin in combined pharmaceutical formulations due to its simplicity, speed, and reproducibility.},
