abstract = {Andhra Pradesh, popularly known as the "Sunrise State," has emerged as one of the rapidly developing states in India following its bifurcation in 2014. The state has undertaken significant efforts to achieve political stability, economic growth, and social development through strategic planning, administrative reforms, and welfare-oriented programmes. The present study examines the political, economic, and social dimensions of Andhra Pradesh and analyses the factors contributing to its transformation. The study is based on secondary sources such as books, journals, government reports, policy documents, and statistical publications. The findings reveal that Andhra Pradesh has made remarkable progress in governance, digital administration, infrastructure development, agriculture, industry, fisheries, tourism, education, healthcare, and social welfare. The state has successfully implemented various development initiatives under its Vision 2029 framework, aiming to achieve sustainable and inclusive growth. Agriculture continues to be the backbone of the economy, while industrialisation and the service sector have emerged as important drivers of economic development. Social welfare programmes have contributed to improvements in education, healthcare, women empowerment, and rural development. Despite notable achievements, the state continues to face challenges such as regional disparities, unemployment, infrastructure requirements, and fiscal constraints. The study concludes that effective governance, balanced regional development, investment promotion, and human resource development are essential for achieving long-term prosperity. Andhra Pradesh possesses immense potential to strengthen its position as a leading state in India through sustainable development and inclusive growth strategies.},
