abstract = {Artificial intelligence is transforming jobs, not simply replacing them. Rather than eliminating entire roles, AI reshapes tasks within occupations, especially by automating repetitive activities while leaving complex decision-making to humans. Different industries experience these changes differently, depending on their structure and the nature of work involved. For instance, resume-screening tools, customer service chatbots, self-driving vehicles, and generative AI in creative fields demonstrate how technology integrates into daily operations. While some routine-based jobs may decline, complete job loss is less common than expected. At the same time, new roles such as AI specialists, data analysts, and system supervisors are emerging. However, challenges like skill gaps, fairness in automated decisions, and the need for continuous training remain significant. Overall, AI leads to a transformation of work, encouraging collaboration between humans and machines. Success depends on adaptability, reskilling, and supportive policies rather than resistance to technological change.},
