  • The SMART ONLINE PARKING AND RESERVATION SYSTEM is an innovative web application designed to make parking management easier for both users and lenders. Through the use of a simple interface, the system allows users to view maps, search for parking lots, and reserve them with ease. Users are required to log in and create an account, enter their vehicle information, and book a parking lot. In addition, the app has functionality to report when departing the parking facility and provide feedback in the form of ratings for improving user experience and accountability. On the borrowing side, the website allows people with available free parking space to register, list spaces, and handle bookings efficiently. Borrowers can see any bookings of the parking lots as well as any ratings achieved, thus it is an open and safe platform. Built on a strong backend using Spring Boot and a responsive frontend with React and backed by a MySQL database, the system is focused on reducing parking problems, enhancing accessibility, and promoting maximum usage of available facilities, thereby enabling smarter city mobility solutions.
