abstract = {As workplaces are changing to fit the needs of different generations, it is important to recognize generational differences for purposes of promoting productivity, encourage job satisfaction among employees as well as promote organizational integration. The purpose of this study is to investigate and contrast the motivational factors and workplace behaviors of two prominent generational cohorts: Millennials (born 1981 -1996) and Generation Z (born after 1996). This Survey article explores differences in areas such as work values, choice of Communication, technology adoption, and career progression outlooks, as well as fundamental motivating factors using primary data from surveys and interviews. The observation indicates behavioral patterns that significantly affect leadership strategies, team dynamics, and initiatives aimed at retaining talent. These findings offer valuable information to HR practitioners’ corporate leaders and Business owners who wish to build a collaborative and high-performing multigenerational workplace.},
