Abstract
According to the Universal Declaration of Human rights (hereinafter, referred to as UDHR), the right to information and freedom of expression are fundamental human rights, one of the momentous occasions in the History of human rights was at the world conference on Human Rights held in Vienna, 1993, it marked a crucial moment in United Nation’s policy in the field of human rights, where world leaders made concrete recommendations for straightening and harmonizing human rights.
