Project Development and Management Consultants (PDMCs) serve as vital enablers in ensuring the timely, efficient, and quality execution of projects. This review paper explores the evolving role of PDMCs in urban infrastructure delivery, emphasizing their contribution to project planning, design, monitoring, implementation, and capacity building under AMRUT 2.0.
