        abstract = {Even students using school bus the parents are worried about their child they want continuous updates about their child. To provide continuous updates about the student GPS based school bus tracking system came in existence. The GPS attached to the school vehicle allows the continuous tracking of the school vehicle. Apart from tracking the students need to wait a much longer for the arrival of their bus. The device attached to the Identity card of the student which is an RFID card allows to identify the student uniquely. The administration and parents are allowed to access the real-time location of the school vehicle. The notifications about the boarding and onboarding of students are sent to the parent application. Various devices like GPS, GSM, RFID, etc. are combined to make efficient and cheap school bus tracking. Additional functionalities like trip management, leave application and alert notifications are also included to make the system more efficient and secure. The system is capable of providing productive services through emerging technologies like Internet of Things (IOT).},
