I declare that the submitted material is my original work. Any included third-party content has been properly acknowledged and cited.

The enclosed paper is not substantially the same as any already published work.

I/we have not submitted the paper or a substantially similar paper for publication elsewhere.

Authors may post their version provided they give proper acknowledgement and link to the original article on the IJIRT website.

The submitted paper is thoroughly proofread and complies with IJIRT author guidelines.

5. Refund Policy

Once a paper is published and certificates are generated, no refund will be processed under any condition.

Papers may be removed at the author’s request, but no refund will be issued after successful publication.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for publication fees are processed securely via Razorpay.

Domestic payments are accepted in INR; international payments are accepted in supported foreign currencies.

All payments are non-refundable once processing is complete, except in cases explicitly covered by IJIRT’s refund policy.

7. International Payments & 3D Secure Authentication

IJIRT accepts international card payments via Razorpay’s secure payment infrastructure.

3D Secure (3DS) authentication is enabled for all international transactions, meaning:

Each transaction requires OTP verification or other authentication mandated by the card issuer.

Transactions failing authentication will be declined.

Exchange rates are determined by Razorpay and/or the customer’s bank. Additional bank charges or conversion fees may apply.

8. Security & Fraud Prevention

IJIRT uses PCI-DSS compliant payment systems to ensure the safety of your transaction data.

IJIRT reserves the right to block or cancel transactions that appear suspicious or violate policy.
