Abstract
To improve the performance of employees, effective training is significant. Employees are required to have necessary skills and knowledge to achieve organizational goal. In this study, we focused on various learning styles and role of learning curve. This study also explains the effectiveness of training programs, training need analysis, designing of training program and developing a training evaluation form to identify the benefit of a training program. This report analyses the effectiveness of training program on the basis of analysis of training evaluation form. This study concludes that a training program should be designed carefully.
