Abstract
The research was entitled as “an effectiveness of HR practices in Sri Sapthagiri Hitech polymers, Sivakasi”. The purpose of this study was to explore the contribution of Human Resource practices including Recruitment and selection, Training and development. Managing Human Resource is very challenging as compared to managing technology or capital and for its effective management, organization requires effective HRM system. HR practices refer to organizational activities directed at managing the group of human resources and ensuring that the resource are employed towards the fulfillment of organizati on goals. This study comprehensively evaluated the links between HR practices and employee performance. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between all the HR practices mentioned above and employee performance.
