  • The relationship between employee job satisfaction and employee organizational commitment is direct and significant. The majority of high educational institutes are affliction from scarcity of teachers. The consequences of high teachers’ attrition are due to lack of job satisfaction among teachers. Thus objective of this research paper is two folded; firstly to identify factors of faculty job satisfaction. Results indicate that in present scenario faculty members search for professional growth and development, not just salary; to secure better positions in future.
