Abstract
Mergers is the combination of two companies to form one, while Acquisitions is one company taken over by the other. M&A is one of the major aspects of corporate finance world. The present study focus on analyze the changes in price matrix in pre and post- merger considering a study period of 5 years from 2013-2017. The methodology used both financial and statistical tool to proven the said objective. The study proven that high leverage position and it leads to negative profitability and the companies need to get the profitability leverage position.
