Abstract
The oriental Arabic and Persian manuscripts written by the ancestors are a noteworthy contribution for the Indian Ocean of knowledge. This article explores the detail and analytic study of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Arabic and Persian Research Institute (MAAPRI), Tonk, which is a world famous institute of Arabic and Persian ancient manuscripts in Rajasthan state of India. This study elaborates all the institutional activities related to the collection development, preservation and conservation processes of manuscripts and all other institutional facilities and activities which are provided to visiting research scholars from all over the world. Also, this study provides information about the all-round development in the field of Arabic and Persian knowledge and research.
