Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that contribute to entrepreneurial intention among students who study in commerce and management at select universities and colleges in the city of Lucknow. More specifically, this investigation will focus on the roles that opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy play in determining entrepreneurial intention among students. Additionally, this paper will investigate how the theory of planned behaviour influences entrepreneurial intention among students.
