  • This study has been undertaken to compile a monograph on the books written by Unani Physicians from 462 BC to 800 AD in chronological order. This work was carried out at the CCRAS-National Institute of Indian Medical Heritage (NIIMH), Hyderabad. NIIMH has the mandate to work and preserve the heritage of all medical sciences at CCRAS-NIINH, Ministry of AYUSH, Gov. of India, Hyderabad, India. The details of the works of eminent authors of Unani literature along with their brief biographical accounts are mentioned in this monograph.
