        abstract = {National Rural Employment Guarantee act was introduced with an aim of improving the purchasing power of rural people, primary semi or unskilled work to the rural people living in rural India. The programme plays vital role in rural India. It also enhances excessive benefits of the rural area. The study aims to analyse the impact of MGNREGS of women workers in Dindigul District. The study found that MGNREGS beneficiaries household income has increased then the before implementation of this program. Whereas, there is strong relationship between the educational qualification.
