Abstract
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an emerging technology that has the potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry. RPA can help reduce the number of repetitive tasks and manpower required, leading to cost savings and more efficient workflows. Additionally, RPA can reduce friction between healthcare workers and patients by streamlining communication and producing effective results. There are various ways to implement RPA bots in the healthcare industry, such as automated appointment scheduling, patient data management, routine checkups, storing patient reports, tracking medical records, setting reminders for taking medications, maintaining inventory, and ordering medicines. However, the implementation of RPA in healthcare requires careful consideration of the potential risks and benefits, as well as the involvement of stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. Ultimately, the successful implementation of RPA in healthcare has the potential to transform the industry and improve patient outcomes.
