Nano-Transferosomes of Aloe-Vera and Vitamin-E for Management of Psoriasis: An Archetype in Herbal Drug Technology

Abstract
It is a known fact that over 60% of the world's population depends on herbal medicines and products for healthy living. The aim of the present cram was to investigate the potential of a transfer some formulation for Aloe Vera and Vitamin-E in the management of psoriasis. This article provides a general idea of the amalgamation of novel drug carrier and a phytoconstituent. Rather than novel formulations or discovering new moieties for the management of psoriasis, the current review emphasizes upon designing an NDDS encompassing a herbal phytoconstituent for enhanced therapeutic benefits. In the management of psoriasis, the current formulation revealed the skin compatibility of formulations that revealed the therapeutic efficacy of natural formulations in a sustainable, biodegradable, and biocompatible manner. The present study concludes that transferosome formed can prove to bring about a paradigm shift in the treatment of psoriasis.
