Abstract
Smart electricity management is an innovative approach to optimizing energy usage and improving the efficiency of the power grid. The goal of this technology is to reduce energy waste, lower costs, and promote sustainability by using advanced analytics and automation. The integration of smart meters, IoT devices, and cloud computing enables real-time monitoring and control of energy consumption, allowing consumers and utility companies to make informed decisions about energy usage. Additionally, the use of renewable energy sources and energy storage technologies further enhances the effectiveness of smart electricity management. This paper provides an overview of the concept of smart electricity management, its benefits, and the technologies that enable its implementation. The challenges and potential solutions to the adoption of this technology are also discussed, highlighting the need for collaboration between stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
