  • INDERLOK is a pioneering initiative aimed at establishing a dynamic platform to facilitate robust engagement between alumni, current students, and potential employers. The project's primary objective is to create a supportive ecosystem wherein alumni play a pivotal role in providing mentorship, training, and forging valuable corporate connections for students and recent graduates. Through a combination of online forums and physical events, INDERLOK aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring a seamless transition for students into the professional realm. Methods: The project employs a multifaceted approach, including the development of an interactive online forum where alumni can share insights, offer guidance, and provide networking opportunities. Additionally, INDERLOK organizes workshops, seminars, and networking events, both virtual and physical, to facilitate direct interaction between alumni and students. The project team collaborates closely with alumni associations, industry partners, and academic faculty to curate relevant content and facilitate meaningful engagement. Results: INDERLOK has garnered significant traction since its inception, with a growing number of alumni actively participating in mentoring programs, workshops, and networking events. Feedback from both alumni and students indicates a high level of satisfaction with the opportunities provided by the platform. Notably, several students have secured internships, job placements, and mentorship opportunities through their engagement with INDERLOK, highlighting its efficacy in bridging the academia-industry divide. Conclusion: INDERLOK represents a promising model for enhancing alumni engagement and facilitating career development opportunities for students and recent graduates. By harnessing the expertise and networks of alumni, the project has successfully created a supportive ecosystem conducive to professional growth and development. Moving forward, INDERLOK aims to further expand its offerings and impact, ensuring continued support for the academic and professional success of its stakeholders.
