        abstract = {This paper investigates Application of Slashing Techniques for Designing a Women Costume using Waste Fabric through slashing technique by examining waste fabric and scraps, the study aims to explore and innovate the application of slashing techniques to create unique, visually compelling, and functional fashion designs. In this paper a solution is proposed to apply the wastage small piece of fabric into garments to add value in design of the garment. There are challenges to spread moderation the harmful side effects of fashion production motivated on product or result changes, the product focused more on sustainability and uniqueness. Results focused strategies highlight how the wastage of fabric can add value in the design of the garments.},
