This paper is based on systematic review of literature analyzing 15 papers and articles published from December 2019 to December 2021 regarding the mental health of the elderly in India during Covid-19, and identifies three major themes (1) Vulnerabilities of the elderly; (2) Impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the mental health of elderly; (3) Managing mental health issues among elderly during COVID-19 pandemic
