Abstract
Millions of dollars are being invested in the search for new drugs, which are then put through a rigorous clinical trial process before being approved for sale by the drug administration agency. Pharmacies and pharmaceutical firms use marketing as a philosophy to help them respond successfully to changes in the environment, customer expectations, and wants. It also helps them make man-agreement decisions based on their organization's capacity for market research and analysis. The overall market features, socioeconomic aspects of the population's drug supply area, and the idea of social and ethical marketing are all covered in this article. Marketing covers a wide range of activities, from planning and product creation to after-sales support and analyzing the reaction of the customer.
