One of the challenges which the ALOHA protocol experiences is the degradation in system throughput and increasing bit error rate (BER) for such networks due to ineffective bandwidth usage. This paper presents a detailed analysis of QoS metrics for IoT and UNB networks focusing on the ALOHA protocol. Additionally, a brief review on existing work in the domain is also cited.
