  • Abstract:
  • Migration is the process of moving from one place to another, often involving a change of residence. It can occur at various scales, including local, national, or international levels. People may migrate for various reasons, such as seeking better economic opportunities, escaping conflict or persecution, or reuniting with family. This movement can be either voluntary or involuntary and can occur within a single country or across international borders. Migration can have a wide range of causes, and it often carries various social, economic, and cultural implications. This paper explains the migration of male daily wage workers. Due to financial and environmental factors, it is a significant reason for people to move. The main aim of the present study is to find out the impact of migration. Data is collected through a structured questionnaire. Samples are selected using convenient sampling techniques. In this present study, this research paper investigates the experiences and challenges faced by male migrants in India, focusing on key aspects such as demographics, reasons for migration, working conditions, social integration, healthcare access, and overall well-being. The study analyzes data collected from 50 male respondents, revealing significant insights into the hardships encountered by migrants and shedding light on various aspects of their lives.
