  • Where time is of the essence, the requirement for service delivery becomes a pressing issue. The traditional barber shop systems are riddled with waiting lists and poor scheduling. This paper presents the deployment of a PHP-based Barber Shop Service Booking Application offering real-time appointment scheduling, queue status monitoring, service time estimation, customer analytics, and billing. The system enables barbers to schedule appointments, keep track of the number of customers, record services rendered, compute total sales, and create billing for chosen services. By the use of web technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and embedded tools for tracking data and reporting, this solution seeks to transform digital traditional salon operations by allowing effective and efficient user interaction.
