  • The goal of this research is to describe the numerous types of factors that determine how well organisational structures work in different types of construction projects. Thus, it is possible to identify the organisational factors that affect how well a project operates. It is possible to suggest improvements to these criteria for highway construction projects. Although each of the ten factors contributes to an organization's efficiency, several of them are critical to its smooth operation. Through this project, the strength of these factors will be determined. As a result, the appropriate recommendations will be offered to the organisations in issue. As a result, this research may serve to improve the qualities of organisations that may be used in the future for major construction projects.
