  • The logistics industry is undergoing a radical transformation due to the integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), the Internet of Things (IoT), and predictive analytics. These innovations enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making in supply chain management. This paper explores the role of AI in logistics optimization, real-time data monitoring through IoT, and the challenges in reverse logistics. We present a comprehensive literature review, a methodological framework for technology adoption, and case studies from leading firms like DHL, FedEx, and Amazon. Additionally, we propose a conceptual model for intelligent logistics systems and discuss future research directions. Our findings suggest that while AI and IoT significantly improve logistics efficiency, challenges such as data security, interoperability, and reverse logistics inefficiencies persist.
