  • Lifetime of network have importance in building efficient wireless sensor network. The objective of this paper is to deploy sensor nodes at minimal location so that they can achieve maximum targets with long battery life. In this deployment using pre-defined sensing range, we will deploy sensor node with efficient coverage area. Mathematically, upper bound of network lifetime computed and this will help to deploy sensor node to cover maximum target. In this using artifial bee colony algorithm deployment of sensor node is done. Study shows that artificial bee colony algorithm is efficient way to deploy sensor nodes
