This paper audits a system which can find and track milestones through segmentation; it separates content or sign from the milestone and inputs them into the OCR engine for recognition. At the same time, a projection examination of writings or indications of the milestone is directed, at long last by distinguishing the semante of content or signs the robot can discover the courses to the destinations consequently. The Hardware Navigator with an Android Phone attached, sends a sign to the phone through Bluetooth as it runs over any Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) card on its way. The phone, on accepting the particular sign summons its camera to catch the snap of the way sign board and sends the picture to the server through GPRS. The server figures out the real significance of the image like petrol pump, left and so on, using optical character recognition (OCR) system. This importance is returned back to the phone which talks up the significance of the signboard and sends the sign to the navigator through Bluetooth for the following conceivable move. }, keywords = {Android, GPRS, OCR, RFID.}, month = {}, }
