        abstract = {In this paper, we present our idea of risk assessment using the Bayesian network during the development process of software. To develop efficient software there are so much risk arises during the software development process. By risk assessment we can identify and evaluate the risk at prior stage and also filter the risk based on their priorities. And by using CMMI we can get the guidelines for improvement of processes from that we can also identify the risks & its factor and the probability of that risks will be count with the use of Bayesian Network. This paper proposes a method to find out the probability of risk.},
