abstract = {The world is going mobile and we want to control everything without moving an inch. The main aim of the project will be to design a SMS driven automatic display toolkit which can replace the currently used programmable electronic display. The message which is to be displayed is sent through a SMS from an authorized transmitter. Notice board is primary thing in any institution/organization or public utility places like bus stations, railway stations & parks. But sticking various notices day to day is a difficult process. A separate person is required to take care of this notice displays. This project deals with HI-TECH wireless notice board. The project is built around the ATMEGA16 microcontroller from ATMEL. This microcontroller provides all the functionality of the display and wireless control. Display is obtained on 16X4 LCD on PCB. After entering the text the SMS is sent to the number which is connected to the LCD display. At any time the user can add or remove or alter the text alter according to his requirement. Connection is done by using RS485 standard.},
