abstract = {Hydrocarbon refrigerant is a natural refrigerant. It is used to avoid the difficulties caused by conventional cfc refrigerants relatively such as R12, R22, R134a are ODP&GWP. In this paper the performance analysis of VCR system is done by using HC refrigerants and also compares that performance with CFC refrigerants. There are three combinations of HC refrigerants such as R290 (60%) R600a (20%) R1270 (20%), R290 (20%) R600a (60%) R1270 (20%) and R290 (20%) R600a (20 %) R1270 (60%) are used to analysis the heat transfer rate and cycle performance .Also the co efficient of performance of the refrigeration system is analysed for various evaporating temperature. },
