abstract = {Routing the video requests in the portable network is a challenging issue. The placement of contents is a very complex task. There are two main problems need to be focused. First is how to select a particular server among multiple servers to issue requests called as server selection. Second is how the so-generated video flows are transmitted known as flow routing. These problems can be termed as traffic engineering objectives, namely, minimizing maximum link utilization and total link cost.To overcome these problems Built-in content caches are implemented. These caches are incorporated in the serving gateways thereby overcoming the problem of content placement and improving the speed.},
