  • Earthquake never kills people but the defective structures do. The stability and stiffness of any structure is the major issue of concern in any high rise buildings. Shear walls are structural members which resist lateral forces predominant on moment resisting frame. Shear walls are most preferred structural walls for earthquake resistance. So the use of STAAD-PRO will make it easy.
