        abstract = {Generally there is less communication between the public and the police to share their views. So that when the public wants to convey any messages to the police they have to suffer a lot. In this project we are going to provide a web application in which the public can get permission for the loudspeakers, Hotel/Lodge, browsing center, mass meeting etc. This system is useful to police officers for maintaining the information regarding to their departments. In this project we are also using the intelligence departments into account to deal the case assigned by the officers.It is  a user friendly application as the public have no effect to go to the police station for getting any permissions.},
